This painting was inspired during my 12 month stay in the Netherlands where tulips are everywhere to be enjoyed by all. It was created using both palette knife and brushes. Framed 12" x 14" original oil painting

- Retired and living in Dorris, California since August 2007. Now I have time to expand my love of painting. After years of working for others in the corporate world I can finally explore my passion of painting and photography. I have taken photographs of images since I was a child when my parents gave me a brownie camera for my birthday. Now I am able to translate these images on to canvas in a new perspective using oil paints.
